Organizational Update

As part of an internal reorganization, we have made several departmental and personnel changes which will allow us to become more efficient, more strategically focused, and more agile in responding to the evolving complexities of our patients and innovations in the treatment field.

The Development and Alumni Relations Departments will now be guided under the direction of Martha Meehan-Cohen. This realignment has led to the elimination of the Vice-President of Advancement position and will help take advantage of synergies between the two teams. Marthaโ€™s strategic approach and hands-on management style are sure to be an added value to Ashleyโ€™s mission.

The Business Development Team is currently led by Lisa Dehorty who recently added Brian Wessel to head up Ashleyโ€™s Communications and Marketing efforts. ย Brian brings a wealth of experience to the team and is a welcome asset to the organization.

The Ashley internal Cross-Functional Leadership Team, made up of the Directors in the organization, has been empowered to address and collaborate on strategic initiatives identified by the organizationโ€™s senior leadership and Board of Directors. This change has led to the elimination of the Director of Strategic Initiatives position and will streamline the implementation of Ashleyโ€™s Strategic Plans.

All of these changes will make Ashley more innovative and resourceful, effectively maximizing the talents of the entire Ashley Staff.
