The Really Good Moderator: Hilary Phelps

Hilary Phelps is a woman in long-term recovery, acknowledging 16 years this summer.  She is a speaker, an addiction recovery advocate and a holistic wellness coach. Her mission and purpose is to help other women find their voice and heal from anything that is holding them back from finding their purpose. Hilary lives in Arlington, Virginia with her son. 

Meet The Really Good Panel: Stephanie Hazard, Quentin Vennie and Hannah Rose

Stephanie Hazard, a Recovery Coach with 24 years of personal recovery, brings unparalleled empathy and expertise to support individuals and families nationwide. Transitioning from a successful career in TV production and marketing to recovery coaching, she embodies resilience and dedication, aligning her personal triumphs with her professional mission. Certified in addiction recovery and eating disorder coaching, Stephanie leverages her extensive network and passion for the arts to inspire and guide others toward wellness. Her work not only showcases her deep commitment to recovery but also her belief in the transformative power of personal connection and storytelling.

Quentin Vennie’s remarkable journey from battling anxiety, depression, and addiction to becoming a leading wellness expert embodies the transformative power of resilience and self-healing. Through his acclaimed “Trinity of Wellness” – yoga, meditation, and juicing – Quentin has inspired thousands worldwide, proving that it’s possible to turn profound struggles into profound strengths. An acclaimed author and motivational speaker, his work not only offers hope but also practical pathways to wellness, making him a beacon of inspiration for individuals and communities alike.

Hannah is a multifaceted professional with qualifications as a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), an Advanced Clinical Relapse Prevention Specialist (ACRPS), a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), and expertise in Brene Brown’s Dare to Lead and EMDR. Previously a counselor at Ashley Addiction Treatment, she now runs Rose Wellness, a telehealth group private practice in Maryland. Transitioning to a consultant and public speaker, Hannah leverages her therapeutic skills to assist clients in overcoming self-defeating beliefs and behaviors, focusing on personal and professional growth. Her recent participation in the reality competition show Survivor, where she made a controversial exit, spotlighted issues of shame and authenticity, endearing her to a younger audience and amplifying her advocacy for authenticity and setting personal boundaries.
