Mental Health Service

Ashley Behavioral Health & Wellness

Ashley Behavioral Health and Wellness offers a telehealth mental health and addiction service tailored to individual’s and couple’s needs across Maryland to ensure they can receive quality care at their convenience. We strive to create a supportive environment where clients can thrive and achieve their wellness goals on their terms.

For those in recovery, mental health care isn’t just a supplement to treatment—it’s a foundation for long-term stability. Ashley’s telehealth services are grounded in an understanding of how mental health conditions like anxiety, trauma, and depression often intersect with substance use. Through focused therapeutic support, clients can work through underlying issues that may contribute to relapse or emotional distress. This approach reinforces recovery by helping individuals develop healthier thought patterns, strengthen emotional resilience, and build a more sustainable path forward.

Mental health support through Ashley’s telehealth services can be especially helpful for those who are:

  • Feeling overwhelmed by life changes or responsibilities in early recovery.
  • Coping with grief, loss, or difficult family dynamics that affect emotional stability.
  • Experiencing isolation or disconnection that makes relapse more likely.
  • Needing a safe, judgment-free space to process thoughts and feelings without leaving home.
  • Family members supporting a loved one with substance use issues and seeking guidance or emotional support for themselves.

This kind of ongoing support helps reinforce recovery by addressing the deeper emotional layers that often occur with addiction.
