Referrals and Admissions

Potential patients, family members, case managers, adjusters, attorneys, and physicians can call our Admission Department to begin the Pain Recovery Program pre-admission process.

The pre-admission process may include:

• Obtaining a thorough accurate history of the patients chronic pain including medical records to be reviewed by our team
• Obtaining demographic and insurance information
• Speaking with worker’s comp case managers (if applicable)
• Submitting assessment for review/approval
• Setting the admission date
• Arranging documentation needs and site visits for case managers and adjusters in worker’s comp cases
