Frequently Asked Questions

You can refer a patient by contacting our Admissions team directly by phone or submitting a referral through the form on this page. Our team will gather the necessary clinical information, complete an initial assessment, and determine whether Ashley is the appropriate level of care.

Yes. Our Clinical Outreach team is available to consult with referring professionals. They can discuss your patient’s needs, review appropriate levels of care, and help determine if Ashley is the right fit before initiating the referral process.

Once we complete an assessment and confirm clinical fit, admission can often be scheduled quickly—sometimes the same day depending on availability. We understand the urgency involved in referrals and work to coordinate timely placement.

With proper patient consent, our team can coordinate communication and provide updates throughout treatment. We value collaboration with referring professionals and aim to support continuity of care during and after a patient’s stay.
