Addiction is disconnection. A separation of the mind, body and spirit. In this session, participants will gain a stronger understanding of the seamless integration of the mind/body/spirit as a single entity and how to use basic practices such as breathing, meditation and Pilates to expand awareness of, and connect to, our higher selves.

We will look at many easy to perform Pilates exercises with the intention of expanding our awareness of the tension in our muscles. When the mind “chatter” quiets and muscular tension is released, there is an ability to connect to a peace within.

This is life changing!
