Recovery requires attention to many different aspects of our life. When we begin to recover, we realize that there are many things that we have left unattended that we now have the energy and willingness to tend to. SAMHSA refers to these areas as the eight domains of wellness. In this lecture, James Ryan will take us through each of those eight domains, and explain what it means to obtain wellness in each category.
THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO EVERYONE. Refreshments will be served. For more information go to AshleyTreatment.org/SOR, or contact Alumni Services at 410.273.2276, Alumni@AshleyTreatment.org.
