TOPIC: Bill Wilson, co-founder of the great recovery movement, Alcoholics Anonymous, said the twelve steps contain ancient and universal wisdom, the common property of all mankind. Fr. Mark will describe how to unleash the transformational power of twelve step spirituality resulting in an evolution from physical sobriety to emotional and spiritual sobriety.

Fr. Mark Hushen, O.S.F.S.

Fr. Mark has been President of Ashley since 2007. He is a Catholic priest and a person in long-term recovery. Fr.Mark brings a wealth of experience in the areas of 12-Step spirituality and alcohol and drug addiction treatment. Prior to joining Ashley, he served as the Director of Clinical Pastoral Care at Caron Treatment Centers in Pennsylvania. He received his B.S. from Penn State University, his Master of Divinity from De Sales School of Theology, and his M.A. in counseling from The Catholic University of America.
