Learn About Ashley Treatment Center

Trying to find a quality treatment facility can be difficult and overwhelming because each facility is different. Here at Ashley Treatment Center, we want you to know that you don’t have to look any further for help. Our facility uses evidence-based treatment methods that will help you get sober and stay sober. We also have everything you need to maximize your stay and get the most out of your rehab experience.

On-site Detox at Ashley Treatment Center

Common Area at Ashley Treatment Center

Many facilities don’t offer on-site detox programs because they lack specific medical qualifications. Many treatment centers partner with local detoxes and then you transfer to rehab after the detox process. The problem with this is that it creates other steps in between, and sometimes people change their minds between programs. That’s one of the best things about Ashley: because we offer on-site detox and medical care, you’ll have a transition smoothly into your addiction treatment after detox.

We have a fully qualified staff who specializes in treating people going through withdrawal from any substance. This is important because withdrawal symptoms from alcohol, prescription medications, and uppers are all different. Our experienced staff is ready to give you the proper treatment to overcome symptoms such as:

  • Anxiety
  • Aches and pains
  • Nausea
  • Cold sweats
  • Body tremors

Multiple Levels of Care at Ashley Treatment Center

Studies show that you have the best chances of staying sober when you can transition through different levels of care. Many people make the mistake of going to detox or residential treatment and then returning home. This can often be too much too soon, and the overwhelming experience can lead to relapse. We want to ensure that you have the ability to stay in treatment as long as possible so you can continue your recovery.

We believe that residential treatment is crucial for early recovery because you’ll have structure and safety. Those who try to go to outpatient too soon have a low success rate because too much freedom can be dangerous. We want to make sure that you have a strong foundation of recovery before you transition to our outpatient program. While in outpatient, you’ll have the opportunity to live back at home or in a sober living while still receiving treatment.

Finding the Source of Your Addiction at Ashley Treatment Center

One reason why people relapse is that they never discovered the underlying causes of their addictions. When you’re at Ashley Treatment Center, individual therapy gets to those root causes. We want to provide you with a safe place where you can open up about your past and discuss your issues. Our therapists lend a non-judgmental ear to help you find out what’s been fueling your addiction.

From here, we can help you develop a strategy to cope with your past as well as your present to stay sober. While some situations from your past may have started your addiction, there are aspects of your life fueling it. In order to overcome your addiction, you need to learn how to live life in a new way. This means looking at your different triggers and finding healthy ways to cope with them in the future.

Health and Wellness at Ashley Treatment Center

While you’re in treatment, we’ll teach you the importance of health and wellness for your recovery. Some of the programs we have to help you with your physical and mental health include:

  • Yoga
  • Acupuncture
  • Massage therapy
  • Physical exercise at our fitness center

You’re also going to learn the importance of developing a meditation practice, which greatly helps in recovery. Practices like Mindfulness are great for managing cravings, anxiety, depression, pain and much more.
